Calamity Sanctuary is a roguelite with grid based real time combat based on the Battle Network series by Capcom. Reviving the amazing mix of deck building and twitchy reflexes of Battle Network has been something I’ve wanted to do for a while now. The idea of taking the core gameplay and placing it in a smaller (i.e. easier to develop solo) package has crossed my mind many times in the previous years, and now I felt like I had the necessary skills and that the time was right
Swordsmith was my entry for the 36th Ludum Dare, where the theme was ancient technology. Made in 48 hours all by myself, this game revolves around making orders for clients, things like swords, shields, etc. This game was made in libgdx, with graphics made in paint.net and music in Fl studio.
